Beijing Xingwu Martial Arts Center was founded by famous Xingyiquan and Baguazhang martial arts master Luoxing Wu in 1949. It was one of the four biggest martial arts centers in Beijing during last century, and was located at 100 Linxiang assembly hall of Xuanwu district. The center had cultivated a large number of established martail masters, among them are Dacheng Luo, Tong Yang, Shixiang Wang, Jingru Liu, Jingguo Du, Keren Li, Shitian Xu, Weizhong Fu, and Youqing Ma. During the Cultural Revolution, all four martial arts centers were forced to disband.
      Nowadays, with the vigorous development of the traditional Chinese martial arts, old martial arts centers are rehabilitating in succession. With the great support of Beijing Martial Arts Department & Beijing Martial Arts Association, and tireless efforts of the original members Xingwu center and their followers, Beijing Xingwu Martial Arts Center was reestablished on May 5, 2006.
      Xingwu Martial Arts Center has formed the following management council: Master Shixiang Wang and Master Jingru Liu (cheif supervisor of Beijing Baguazhang Research Association) are appointed as honorary president; Master Dacheng Luo (son of Grand Master Xingwu Luo, former president and current honorary president of Beijing Xingyiquan Research Association) is appointed as chairman; Master Keren Li (vice president of Beijing Xingyiquan Research Association) is appointed as vice chairman; and Master Yongan Jia (step grandson of Grand Master Xingwu Luo, vice president of Beijing Xingyiquan Research Association) is appointed as the vice chairman and president.
